You can return a product within 14 working days from the moment of receiving the order.

Curtains made to order are not subject to return.

Transport costs are at the customer's expense.

We do not offer direct replacement.

How can you return products?

1. Complete the return form we have attached to your shipment.

2. Package the products securely for return. If the package is not complete, please use extra or household foil to pack well. Enclose the completed return form.

Remember that the returned products must have the tags and accessories attached to them. They must not be used or in a commercial condition.


In case you are returning several products from one order, you can send them in a common shipment. However, if the products are from different orders, send each of them as a separate shipment, with the corresponding return document.

What happens after you ship?

You receive a waybill - with which you can see on the courier company's website when the items have been handed over to our employee.

 Products are checked in our returns department. Once the process is complete, you will receive a message at the email address specified in the order.

 Refund - You will receive the amount you paid for the items (excluding shipping costs if applicable) within 7 working days of the date the return was received from Monna Home Ltd.. In exceptional cases, this period can be extended, in case of a problem with the bank details. 

The amount is refunded in the following ways:

- For orders paid online through the PayPal system - automatically on the account or card from which the payment was made;
